I bought this on Amazon as I love consuming Omega-3’s instead of taking Pills. I was blown away just by the quality when I opened the Mackerel Tin as it was very clean and didn’t smell as fishy as other Sardines and tuna that I eat regularly. I was turned onto this Brand as I have an auto-immune disorder and need to avoid dangerous toxins such as Mercury, and I will continue to buy it again just based on taste and quality alone. You truly get what you pay for!

I didn’t think I would like Mackerel since I don’t like Mackerel in my sushi, but this was a whole different story. It’s butter, melt in your mouth. I eat it straight out of the can….
