Cranberry Goat Cheese Tuna Salad With Honey Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 2-3 C. Mixed Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 C. Safe Catch Wild Elite Tuna
  • Soft Goat Cheese – Crumbled to Taste
  • 1/3 C. Dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 C. Chopped Walnuts
  • Fresh Chopped Mint and Parsley to Taste

Dressing:

  • 1/3 C. Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Tools you'll need

  • Mixing Dish
  • Fork
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups
  • Whisk

Instructions

  1. Add your can of Safe Catch Wild Elite Tuna to a small mixing dish and use a fork to flake into pieces – Do Not Drain!
  2. Assemble your salad by adding lettuce base and topping with goat cheese, cranberries, and walnuts, and your garnish of mint and parsley.
  3. Mix together your dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over salad.
  4. Enjoy!
