Crispy Keto Citrus Pepper Tuna Patties

Ingredients

Tools you'll need

  • Mixing Bowls (2)
  • Fork
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Frying Pan or Air Fryer

Instructions

  • Mix ½ cup Phat crumbs and ¼ cup Parmesan together for breading and set aside.
  • Mix remaining ¼ cup crumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan together with Safe Catch Citrus Pepper Tuan (DO NOT DRAIN!) and the remaining of the ingredients.
  • Form mixture into ¼ c size patties and gently coat with breading.
  • Fry in a pan over medium heat coated with oil until golden on each side or air fry 350 degrees for about 10 min.

These patties can be either be fried in a pan, with medium heat and cooking oil or air fried in a matter of minutes. They also freeze wonderfully for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or back in the air fryer to add back a bit of the crunch.
