Curried Tuna + Salmon Sausage Dip

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add your salmon sausages to a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool a bit.
  3. Add your room-temp block of cream cheese to a heated frying pan with the mayo, lime juice, minced onion, curry powder, and garlic powder. Cook down, stirring consistently until combined and then reduce heat.
  4. Cut your salmon sausages into rounds and then each round into four, making small triangle shaped pieces. Add them to pan and stir into dip.
  5. Add your whole can of Safe Catch Ahi Tuna to a small mixing dish and use a fork to flake the tuna into liquids. Add tuna to dip and stir until combined well.
  6. Add your dip to a serving dish of choice and garnish with some fresh chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and lime zest if you wish.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite crackers, chips, veggies, or my favorite – rice cakes!

SERVING SUGGESTION

This dip pairs awesome with any type of savory rice cake!! This dip can be made ahead of your event or party and re-heated in pan or oven.
