Hot Ahi Tuna Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Safe Catch Ahi Tuna
  • 6 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 C. Mayo
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 Scallions, Chopped
  • ½ C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 C. Panko Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Crackers or Veggies to Dip
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayo, garlic, and seasonings. Stir in tuna with juice, scallions, and cheese, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine panko crumbs, parsley, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Open your can of Safe Catch Ahi Tuna and DO NOT DRAIN! Flake the fish back in the can to reintroduce the liquid back into the fish, then flake the fish into your cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a small greased casserole dish, place the tuna/cream cheese mixture and top with panko mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot, melty and lightly browned on top.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Serve this warm, creamy and delicious, this Hot Ahi Tuna Dip is perfect with crackers, bread or with your favorite veggies.
