Single-Serve Salmon & Pea Pasta Salad

Instructions

  1. Begin by kneading your Safe Catch Salmon in the pouch, then open and add to a bowl.

     

  2. Next, add your cooked and cooled pasta to the tuna and toss.

     

  3. Add your mayo, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste to your pasta mixture and combine evenly.

     

  4. Finally, add in your peas and toss.

     

  5. Serve in an air-tight container or lunchbox or enjoy immediately!

SERVING SUGGESTION

The Safe Catch salmon pouch can be sent separately and added on top at lunchtime.

Other kid-favorite veggies like broccoli or diced, cooked carrots go great in this dish. Also, it can be topped with a little cheese!
