Salmon Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 Oz. Box Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 Cans Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon
  • 2 C. Finely Shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 1/2 C. Halved or Sliced Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/2 C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 C. Caesar Dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta following the instructions provided. Strain and cool the pasta before mixing.
  2. Next, prepare your veggies.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in the romaine, tomatoes, parmesan, and Caesar dressing, ensuring everything is combined evenly.
  5. Open the cans of Safe Catch salmon (DO NOT DRAIN) and use a fork to flake it back into the can. Add the flaked salmon to your pasta salad and toss everything together well.
  6. Enjoy!

SERVING SUGGESTION

This dish be made ahead, but if so – keep lettuce on the side to add in when ready to serve! Perfect for a quick side dish or a nutrient-dish, yet quick meal.
