Salmon Waffles, Protein Brunch Perfected


  • 1 Can Safe Catch Wild Pink Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Egg Whites
  • Italian Seasonings

Tools you'll need

  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Mini Waffle Maker
  • Measuring Spoons & Cups


  1. Add wet ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined, then add dry ingredients and stir for a smooth batter
  2. Open a can of Safe Catch Wild Pink Salmon (Do not drain), flake with a fork in the can until all liquid is absorbed by the salmon, then empty into mixing bowl and stir with fork, breaking larger salmon pieces apart
  3. Pour salmon batter into waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and batter is cooked through
  4. Remove from waffle maker and serve
