Sardine Celery Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sliced Celery
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Green Olives
  • 1/3 Cup Quartered Thin-sliced Radishes
  • Large Bunch of Parsley Leaves
  • 1 Can Safe Catch Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Lemon Zest

Tools you'll need

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Two Spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Small Bowl
  • Fork
  • Zester/Grater

Instructions

  1. Begin by prepping all of your veggies.
  2. Next, add your celery, green olives, radishes, and parsley leaves to a large mixing bowl and combine together evenly.
  3. Add your Safe Catch Sardines in olive oil to a separate, smaller bowl and use a fork to break apart and mash the sardines into the oil.
  4. Add the sardines mixture to your veggies and use two spoons to mix together evenly.
  5. Add in lemon juice, sunflower seeds, and salt pepper and combine well again.
  6. Add salad to a bowl or eating dish and top with fresh lemon zest.
  7. Enjoy!

SERVING SUGGESTION
