Taco Salmon Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 Oz. Bag of Frozen Corn
  • 1 Can Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon
  • 3 Tbsp. Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 C. Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the frozen corn and set it aside to cool. Once cooked, add it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, minced onion, red bell peppers, and green onions. Combine them evenly.
  3. Open your can of Safe Catch Salmon (DO NOT DRAIN!) and use a fork to flake it back into the can. Then add the salmon to the dip mixture and combine everything together evenly.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Top with remaining green onions and enjoy with your favorite dipping vessel!

SERVING SUGGESTION

  • Can be made ahead.
  • Best with tortilla chips or crackers!
