Tuna Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • One 12 oz. Box Penne Pasta
  • 2 Cans Safe Catch Wild Yellowfin Ahi Tuna
  • 1 C. Your Favorite Ranch Dressing
  • 1 C. Frozen Peas, Cooked and Cooled
  • 1/2 C. Bacon Bits or Crispy Chopped Bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Fork
  • Large Pot
  • Large Bowl
  • Large Spoon
  • Measuring Cups

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions on your pasta box to cook the pasta. Strain the water (remember to reserve one cup of pasta water) and cool the pasta. You can rinse it with cold water to speed up the cooling.
  2. Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Open the cans of Safe Catch Ahi Tuna (DO NOT DRAIN) and empty the tuna into a smaller mixing dish. Use a fork to flake up the tuna and incorporate everything together.
  4. Add the tuna to the pasta along with the ranch, peas, and bacon bits. Mix everything together evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, mix again.
  6. Garnish with some extra bacon bits and enjoy!
