Due to weight and ‘not so delicate’ handling by shipping services, our cans may at times become dented during transport. Dents do not affect the purity, quality or taste of the Safe Catch product inside the can. If your order is received with noticeable damage you believe to be unsafe to consume, please take images of the damage if possible and save all product and packing material so that a damage assessment can be made by the carrier and a proper adjustment or refund issued.
We cannot guarantee that all the food products we offer will agree with your palate’s taste. Our concern for quality, value and exceptional service has always been, and always will be our first priority.
