INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add a handful of spinach to each bowl. Top with roasted vegetables, sliced cucumber, and half an avocado.
  2. Open tuna and do not drain out the liquid. Divide tuna and liquid between each bowl.
  3. Enjoy!
