Habanero Mint Tuna Power Bowl recipe image

  • 2 cans of Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna
  • 1 tomato, chopped in large chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped into 1 inch squares
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, chopped in half
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp rough chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp juice of Kalamata olives
  • Juice of half a lemon


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve over lettuce, in a pita with hummus, or by itself.
