OPEN FACED TUNA TOAST

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna
  • 1 piece of sprouted wheat toast
  • 2 tbsp hummus (prefer Hope Foods)
  • 1 tbsp Chosen Foods coconut oil mayo
  • 1 tbsp organic sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp Sir Kensingtons mustard
  • Dill weed
  • Red pepper flakes (sprinkle)
  • Microgreens (on-top)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix tuna, mayo, dill weed, relish, and mustard into a bowl.
  2. Toast bread, and smother with hummus spread.
  3. Layer tuna mixture, and top with microgreens and other veggies if desired.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
