Safe Catch Paleo Chipotle Tuna Salad Sandwich

1 (5 oz.) Can of Safe Catch tuna (Don’t drain, no oil or water added)
2 TSP Primal Kitchen Chipotle Mayo
1/2 Avocado, diced
Grain-Free Flatbread (homemade recipe here)

tomatoes, sliced
Cheese (optional)


Mash together tuna, mayo and avocado. Place on top of bread and top with a tomato. Place in the toaster for 5-7 minutes (with or without cheese). Serve with avocado on top.
