ROSEMARY TUNA BURGER
- 1 english muffin
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 2 cans of Safe Catch Elite Wild Tuna
- 2 whole eggs
- 10 Simple Mills Rosemary + Sea salt crackers (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp rosemary
- Mix all 6 ingredients into one bowl & form into 5 medium sized patties.
- Cook in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble in between two halves of a english muffin with mashed avocado, spinach + Worcestershire sauce.
