SALMON WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can of Safe Catch Salmon (Don’t drain)
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp of Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 2 Tbsps of Water
  • 1 Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp of Egg Whites
  • Italian Seasonings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix one can of Safe Catch Salmon with 1 Tbsp of mayo, 1 Tbsp of Egg Whites, 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour, 2 Tbsps of Water, Nutritional Yeast and Italian Seasoning
  2. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and pour into a mini waffle maker
  3. Let sit in waffle maker for about 3-5 min until browned
  4. Remove from waffle maker and serve
