  • ¼ cup ketchup** (or tomato paste, or tomato sauce)
  • 2 rounds naan bread
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • handful fresh cilantro, optional
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded havarti
